Progress Ukay Bistari

Kat FB "APARTMENT UKAY BISTARI" ada update pasal umah ni. hopefully akan dapat di siapkan. Tq kepada Pengerusi and AJK Persatuan Pemilik Hartanah Ukay Bistari yang berusaha untuk menyelesaikan masalah yg membelenggu kami.

Ni gamabr yg aku amik pada 21 Nov 2010. Pelik, sbb tiap kali aku dtg terjah site, mesti ujan. Apakahhh???. Gambar bwh ni depan block umah kami, BLOCK F baru 3rd floor.

• We are please to inform that the Minister has indicated the seriousness of the government in completing this project that he has to report to the cabinet on regular basis. This morning (as well last Saturday) we can see serious work being done at all blocks. There are about 300 workers on site now.
• Activity on the blocks are as follows:-

Block A - All Lifts have arrived at site and has been installed in Block A pending testing and commissioning. The main electrical cabling from Block C to Block A is being laid. Work is progress as scheduled

Block B - DBSB has taken over all works from existing contractor and currently using their own workers to complete Block B. Work progressing as schedule.

Block C - DBSB has taken over all works from existing contractor and currently using their own workers to complete Block C. Work progressing as schedule.

Block D - Work progressing as schedule

Block E - Work progressing as schedule.

Block F - Work progressing as schedule. Now at 5th floor. Crane is on site but cannot be installed as the approval from DOSH is still pending. KPKT confirms that application has been made but DOSH is slow in issuing certificate.

Expected completion date:

Block A,B,C,D and E – Projected before CNY 2011b.

Block F – Projected July 2011!!!!!
